Customer Service Representative

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Texas County. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work in an office environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We offer a competitive CTC ranging from $20 to $30. Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional service to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
3. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to senior teams when necessary
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
5. Meet or exceed customer service performance targets and metrics
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
7. Stay up-to-date with product or service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
8. Handle high-volume customer calls, emails, or chats in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
